Rogue River Chieftains Girls Soccer 5-0 Lost River / Bonanza

Rogue River's girls soccer team dominated from start to finish Thursday, rolling to a 5-0 road victory over Lost River / Bonanza in Southern Oregon Conference (2A) play. The Rogue River, Oregon program improved to 9-4 overall and 8-2 in conference with the shutout win.

The Chieftains wasted no time asserting control against the host Mustangs, building a comfortable lead that held through the final whistle. The clean sheet on the road speaks to a defense that has been reliable all season, while the five-goal output showed the attack operating at a high level away from home.

With the Southern Oregon Conference standings tightening as the regular season winds down, Thursday's result keeps Rogue River firmly in the mix for a strong postseason position. The Chieftains will look to carry this momentum into their remaining league contests and build on a performance that checked every box a coach could ask for on the road.
