Hidden Valley Mustangs Boys Soccer 2-0 North Valley

Hidden Valley picked up a road shutout Tuesday night, defeating North Valley 2-0 in a 4A-5 Skyline Conference boys soccer match. The Mustangs from Grants Pass, Oregon, made the trip to North Valley and came away with a clean sheet and three crucial league points. The victory improves Hidden Valley to 3-7-1 overall and 2-7 in conference play, a welcome result for a team that has been grinding through a tough stretch this season. Holding North Valley scoreless speaks to the defensive focus the Mustangs brought on the road, and finding two goals in enemy territory gave the squad something to build on heading into the final stretch of the regular season. With the postseason picture continuing to take shape across the Skyline Conference, Hidden Valley will look to carry this momentum into their remaining matches and close the year on a strong note.
