North Medford Black Tornado Girls Volleyball 0-3 South Medford

South Medford handed North Medford a 3-0 defeat in girls volleyball on Monday evening, sweeping all three sets in a non-league rivalry matchup at North Medford High School in Medford, Oregon. The Black Tornado, members of the 6A-7 Southern Oregon Conference Hybrid, entered the night at 10-8 on the season and dropped to 10-9 with the result. Playing at home offered no advantage against a sharp South Medford squad that controlled the match from start to finish. Without a detailed box score, the 3-0 final tells the clearest story: the visiting Panthers were simply the stronger side on this night. The loss stings, but North Medford has demonstrated throughout this fall that they are capable of competing at a high level, and the season is not finished. The Black Tornado will look to bounce back in their next outing and steady themselves heading into the final stretch of the 2026 fall campaign.
