Hidden Valley Mustangs Girls Soccer 0-4 Phoenix

Phoenix handed the Hidden Valley girls soccer team a 4-0 defeat Thursday evening in Grants Pass, Oregon, in a Skyline Conference (4A) league matchup. The Mustangs were unable to find the back of the net against a Phoenix side that controlled much of the contest, finishing with four unanswered goals. The shutout loss drops Hidden Valley to 0-5 overall and 0-2 in conference play through the first stretch of the 2026 fall season. Opportunities were limited for the home side, and the Phoenix attack proved too sharp to contain throughout the evening. While the scoreline was lopsided, league play is still in its early stages, giving the Mustangs time to regroup and build on what they are learning game to game. Hidden Valley will look to respond with sharper finishing and a tighter defensive shape as conference matchups continue. The Mustangs return to action next week with another chance to pick up their first win of the season.
