North Valley Knights Baseball 17-0 Coquille

North Valley's baseball team delivered their most dominant performance of the season Tuesday, shutting out Coquille 17-0 in a non-league road game. The Grants Pass-based Panthers, who compete in the Southern Oregon Conference (3A), broke out of their offensive struggles in emphatic fashion against the Red Devils.
The 17-run explosion marked a dramatic turnaround for North Valley, which had been searching for consistent offensive production through much of the campaign. The Panthers controlled the game from the early innings, building a commanding lead that resulted in a shortened contest.
The shutout victory was equally impressive on the defensive side, with North Valley's pitching and defense combining to blank Coquille completely. The comprehensive win improved the Panthers' overall record to 3-10 and their conference mark to 2-6.
With the regular season winding down, North Valley will look to build momentum from this breakthrough performance as they prepare for their final games and potential playoff positioning in the Southern Oregon Conference.
