North Valley Knights Boys Soccer 0-1 Hidden Valley

Hidden Valley secured a 1-0 victory over North Valley in Southern Oregon Conference (3A) boys soccer Thursday night, handing the Grants Pass, Oregon-based program its fifth league loss of the fall. The lone goal proved to be the difference as Hidden Valley controlled enough of the match on home turf to walk away with three conference points. North Valley had opportunities to find an equalizer but could not convert, leaving the visitors without a goal on the night. The result drops North Valley to 0-7 overall and 0-5 in conference play through the first half of the Southern Oregon Conference schedule. The Knights, facing a steep climb in the standings, will need to find consistency on both ends of the field as league play continues. North Valley returns to action next week with another conference test on the schedule, giving the squad a chance to pick up its first win of the season.
