Grants Pass Cavemen Softball 5-12 Oregon City

Oregon City's explosive offense proved too much for Grants Pass to handle Tuesday night, as the Cavemen fell 12-5 in their final home softball game of the season. The Southwest Conference (6A) squad from Grants Pass, Oregon, struggled to contain the visiting Pioneers in what turned into a high-scoring affair at the Cavemen diamond.

The loss drops Grants Pass to 11-6 overall with an 8-4 conference mark as they prepare for the final stretch of the regular season. Despite the setback, the Cavemen remain well-positioned in Southwest Conference standings with their strong league record.
